Automatically collected data. Your browser type, operating system, IP address, when you visit, and where you came from—we log all that. Personal information. You might give us your name, email, location, device IDs, or location data when you sign up, reach out to us, join the newsletter, or use community features. Anonymous information. Usage stats, device and browser info, error logs, what you click, and how you use the app. Using the Services means you're okay with us collecting this.

5. ADVERTISING

Ad companies use tracking to grab your location and device data so they can show you targeted ads. Turn off behavioral ads in your Apple or Android settings if you want.

Your username and profile show up to other members. Anything you post in tidal circles, forums, or public profiles can be picked up by other people. We're not responsible for what you choose to share with others through the Services.

7. DO NOT TRACK

8. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

California law lets you ask what personal information we've shared with third parties for marketing over the past year. You can make this request once a year by emailing info@risinganchor.online.

9. ACCESSING OR CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION

You can get in touch to see, fix, or delete your personal information, unless we're legally required to keep it. There might be a fee depending on local law. Reach out at info@risinganchor.online.

10. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

Third-party providers store and process data all over the world. Using the Services means you're cool with your data being handled in places that might not protect privacy the same way your country does. We keep personal information until you ask us to delete it or until it's no longer useful for why we collected it.

11. INFORMATION FOR EU RESIDENTS (GDPR)

Legal bases for processing. We process your data because: you said yes (Art. 6(1)(a)), we need it for a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), the law says we have to (Art. 6(1)(c)), someone's safety depends on it (Art. 6(1)(d)), or it's in our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Data retention. Personal data gets deleted when we don't need it anymore or when the law says we have to. Log files. We keep IP addresses for up to a week to make sure the site works and stays safe, then we wipe the identifying stuff. Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics but hide IP addresses. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at google.com/analytics/privacyoverview.html. Cookies. We use necessary cookies under Art. 6(1)(f) and need your okay for analytical ones under Art. 6(1)(a). Manage them in your browser. Newsletter. We only use your name and email to send newsletters and delete them when you unsubscribe. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Your GDPR rights. Email info@risinganchor.online to ask about: accessing your data, fixing it, deleting it, limiting how we use it, getting a copy of it, objecting to how we process it, and opting out of automated decisions. You can also file a complaint with your country's privacy authority.

12. CHILDREN

Kids under 13 can't use the Services. We don't knowingly grab personal information from anyone that young. If you're between 13 and 18, you need a parent's permission before using the Services or giving us information. Parents or guardians can email info@risinganchor.online to ask us to remove a kid's information.

13. SECURITY

We use SSL and other protections to keep your information safe, but nothing is bulletproof. Use the Services at your own risk and don't share your password.

14. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We can change this Privacy Policy whenever. Updates go live 30 days after we post them on risinganchor.com unless we say otherwise. If you keep using the Services, you're accepting the changes.
